We are thrilled to announce that our very own pastry chefs, Margo and Ally, are representing Team Lexington Catering in this year’s Bake Off: The Professionals 🍰.
To celebrate their incredible achievement, we present you with a seasonally sweet strawberry dessert recipe from the contestants themselves. This strawberry and pink peppercorn mirror glaze mousse is loaded with summer flavour and perfect for Wimbledon season, but it’s certainly a challenge!
