Pact Coffee

Our exclusive collaboration with Pact focuses primarily on coffee grown by Cafeina, a collective of 1,868 women in Brazil that was formed in 2019 to empower, motivate and inspire women farmers and give them rightful visibility in an industry which is traditionally male-dominated in Brazil. The Cafeina blend is unique to Lexington and a deliciously smooth and rich Brazilian dark roast with apricot hints.

Change Please

We work with social enterprise Change Please, an award-winning London-based coffee company helping the homeless off the streets. Profits from every cup of speciality grade Change Please coffee sold at our sites go towards helping to reduce homelessness by providing barista and coffee roaster training, jobs that pay the living wage, and support with housing, bank accounts and wellbeing.

Nemi Teas

NEMI Teas is a specialist London-based tea company and social enterprise that offers a variety of tea blends, including loose-leaf and tea bags. They provide employment to refugees, giving them local work experience and job readiness skills to enter the UK workforce and integrate into broader society. All teas and teabags are plastic-free and Organic-certified.

BariStar Competition

We’re committed to creating coffee champions across the business through ongoing trainings opportunities and company-wide competitive events such as BariStar.

BariStar is our annual barista competition, inviting coffee lovers across the business to attend trainings with our bean suppliers. Front-runners are then selected to compete in a nail biting, wildly fun final round to showcase their skills, cheered on by the whole of Lexington.
