Our clients have access to our highly skilled and experienced support staff who do things the Lexy way.

Since 2010, we have provided a dedicated service to all of our clients, which includes both recruitment and temporary staffing solutions within hospitality to ensure fabulous service at all times.

In our team we have some amazing chefs, kitchen porters and front of house staff who are available to provide support to our clients, covering for sickness, vacancies, holidays or events.

All of our team have been recruited by Lexington and trained in the Lexington way so they understand our culture and how we work, which is why the Client Support Team can guarantee a service that goes above and beyond any external recruitment agency.

Training our temporary support team

No matter where you start within our Support Team, you will have access to extra training and be given every chance to progress within the organisation, with regular reviews and career chats.
