Lexington Catering has announced its partnership with hospitality start-up and food hall concept Sessions.

The partnership will enable Lexington’s clients to access independent food brands offering a variety of dishes, including homemade bao buns, robata grilled barbecue food and sustainably sourced burgers.

“Sessions provides access to the most innovative, delicious brands and we are delighted to provide our clients and customers with these truly authentic street food concepts.”

Catherine Ainsley from Sessions added: “It is a wonderful opportunity for us to partner with Lexington Catering, who share our enthusiasm to support market-leading SMEs. It enables our brands to reach a wider audience and their clients and customers to access some outstanding food concepts.”

Sessions opened Brighton’s first food hall, Shelter Hall, in 2020. The group launched Sessions in London’s Islington this August, which offers residences to up and coming food brands.
