Lexington Catering recently launched their new bakery range, Free From, across the business, in response to increased demand from customers for ‘free from’ foods. Lexington’s new Free From range is initially focusing on gluten free sweet and savoury bakes but they plan to develop the range to include dairy free, sugar free and raw food items.
The new Free From range was developed to help ensure that the team meet the changing needs of customers and clients. The demand for ‘free from’ products on the high street is growing at an incredibly fast rate; there’s been a 72% increase in the last five years of people purchasing a ‘free from’ product.
Lexington’s Free From range features gooey chocolate brownies, savoury muffins and a variety of cakes providing a little something to tempt everyone.
