Next, we hosted an insightful panel discussion on ‘Recruiting for Attitude,’ highlighting the importance of prioritising soft skills and personality, as we believe that anyone with the right mindset can learn the necessary skills for the job. The evening wrapped up with a feast of delicious food and drinks crafted by our food team, featuring canapés inspired by classic 70s and 80s dinner party favourites, reimagined with a modern twist. These were served by our talented chef apprentices, underscoring our commitment to embracing generational diversity and nurturing future talent.
