We’re excited to introduce GUI, our latest food concept, inspired by the vibrant flavours of Korean barbecue and fresh Ssam wraps (lettuce wraps).
In Korean, “GUI” means “grilled dishes,” and with this new offering, we’ve reimagined the traditional deli, infusing it with the bold flavours of Korean grill. Instead of the usual two slices of bread, GUI brings an exciting variety of ingredients and cultural flair to our deli counters.
GUI invites our customers to create their own unique flavour combinations with customisable fillings, toppings, and sauces. With a wide variety of vegan and vegetarian options available, GUI ensures there’s something for everyone.
GUI aligns perfectly with our core motto of being daringly delicious. This reflects our commitment to approaching every dish with creativity and boldness, constantly innovating to surprise and delight our customers.
We first introduced GUI at a recent food innovation forum, and it’s been a hit ever since! GUI has been met with fantastic feedback and growing popularity.
Some of the dishes include Korean bulgogi beef, teriyaki salmon skewers, smoked tofu, and soy-roasted shiitake mushrooms, all served atop flavorful kimchi Bokkeumbap (fried rice).
