Tired of many Jamaican Restaurants lacking the authenticity to do his homeland cuisine justice, one of our chefs (Tyrone) took matters into his own hands and kitchen! His dishes were eventually discovered by our Group Development Chef, Jon Lilley. Fast forward six months and Belly started popping up in almost every one of our restaurants, serving curried mutton, jerk chicken and rainbow slaw to Lexington customers all over London.
Whoever said salads are boring needs to get CHOP’IT! Our totally customisable, delicious salad bar lets customers pick and choose their fillings and bring them to the counter where the ingredients are sliced, diced and chop’it into a fresh salad right before their eyes. After being seasoned and sauced, their bespoke healthy lunch is piled into an eco-friendly box and ready to take away.
What began with a shop in Borough Market in 2006, La Tua Pasta is now one of our most popular Lexington pop ups! The dedicated team brings its excellent fresh pasta to our restaurants and their wide variety of shapes and fillings is always a hit.
