When Mike Sunley founded Lexington Catering with Directors Katharine Lewis and the late Rachel Lindner in 2002, their mission was to approach things differently.
This innovative, people-first culture helped Lexington Catering become the award-winning business it is today, leading to the establishment of Lexington Reception Services in 2012 and Lexington Independents in 2019.
