Last year our fabulous Food Team won the FSM Innovation Award.

B&I Catering magazine caught up with Jon Lilley, Group Development Chef, at Lexington Catering to  talk about the win.

Jon said, “We were super-excited about winning the Innovation Award. We’ve worked incredibly hard, as a team, to introduce new innovations but rarely get an opportunity to take time out together to look at what we’ve actually achieved – it was fabulous to be recognised for all of our hard work.”
