Our Charity Partnership with The Natasha Allergy Research Foundation – Allergy Awareness Week 2025

Allergies affect everyone, directly or indirectly, in or out of the workplace, with around 2.4 million people in the UK estimated to have a clinically confirmed food allergy – allergy-awareness is more vital now than ever before, particularly in contract catering.

The Natasha Allergy Research Foundation is the UK’s food allergy charity, dedicated to providing positive change for those suffering with allergies. In an industry-first, we have developed an allergy-aware menu that excludes all 14 regulated allergens.

Now alongside Elior UK, we have embarked on a three-year charity partnership with The Natasha Allergy Foundation, committed to raising £100,000 by the end of 2027.

We’ll be supporting the Foundation’s awareness campaigns, fundraising initiatives, and events, along with raising allergy awareness in our own kitchens with initiatives such as our allergy-aware menu. We aim to support the Foundation’s mission to #MakeAllergyHistory, educating around allergy-related issues both with our customers and our own teams.

Nadim and Tanya Ednan-Laperouse, founders of the Natasha Allergy Research Foundation and the driving force behind Natasha’s Law, said:

“We are delighted that Lexington is taking another step towards supporting the food allergy community. Lexington’s Allergy Aware menu has been created so that the meals contain none of the top 14 allergens. This not only raises awareness of food allergies but means people with allergies can enjoy meals with greater confidence that they are free from potentially harmful allergens.”
