The Sous Chef will be responsible for one of our restaurants within the building – an Italian restaurant, serving seasonally changed, region focused menus.
Your key responsibilities as Sous Chef will consist of:
- To produce and present food alone and in conjunction with the kitchen team, maximising customer appeal, and where possible exceeding expectation
- To ensure all daily tasks are carried out to a highest standard and to assist with the management of the whole kitchen team on a daily basis
- Ensure food preparation and control meets requirements in respect of Food — Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported
- Assist Executive Chef and Head Chef with menu compilation and costing as required
Shift Pattern; 40 Hours Mon-Fri
