What you’ll be doing…
As a Reception Supervisor you will proactively manage team on site as well as well as recruiting when required, inducting, training and supporting colleagues to deliver an efficient, high quality service to Lexington Reception Services, our customer and clients. This is a hands on role working on reception managing the service and team.
Responsibilities:
- Motivating and managing a team
- Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, client liaison to enable service excellence
- Accountable for H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customers and colleague
