Your key responsibilities as the Receptionist will consist of:
Because of the changing nature of our business your job description will inevitably change. You will, from time to time, be required to undertake other activities of a similar nature that fall within your capabilities as directed by management.
This role profile is a guide to the work you will initially be required to undertake. It may be changed from time to time to incorporate changing circumstances. It does not form part of your contract of employment.

Overall Purpose of the Role:
Receptionists are responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment. This includes performing ad hoc administrative duties and assisting the Reception Manager.
Professional and well-presented with exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills. A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to assist other departments as and when required. Passionate about delivering exceptional service, adaptable, versatile, and willing to learn on the job. Multi-tasking ability essential. This is a role than requires you to be, “can do attitude” and be a real team player, forging a strong relationship with security, engineering, cleaning teams and Building Management.
