What you’ll be doing…
As a Hospitality Assistant you will have plenty of responsibility and opportunity to grow in your role, becoming a critical member of our team.
- Ensure that meeting rooms are set up and cleared in a timely manner and to a high standard
- Ensure the food is displayed is to the highest standard
- Ensure that areas of responsibility including the hospitality pantry are always clean, well presented and well-stocked
- Ensure thorough and up to date knowledge and understanding of menus and allergens in order to provide relevant information to customers and clients
- Be responsible for smooth operation of relevant equipment reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures
- Ensure that COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures
- Covering the coffee bar and being a welcoming presence when clients arrive
- Event support including canape service, bar service and fine dining
- Cross training in other departments in order to provide cover where needed to ensure a smooth service for our clients
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.
