What you’ll be doing…
As an Events Manager for Abbey Road Studio’s & Lexington Events you will develop events from proposal right up to delivery, including set, communicate and maintain project timelines and priorities as well as responding appropriately to incoming enquiries via phone and email and chasing to a conclusion.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting site show rounds
- Liaise with external suppliers, prepare quotes, contracts and event proposals for events of all types, including internal and external
- Produce event detailed planners (including catering, cost, invoicing details, itinerary, room set up, entertainment, AV etc.)
- Actively identify marketing and promotion opportunities
- Working strongly with the Lexington Unboxed brand, overseeing,planning and delievery
- Buidling a strong client relationships to increase continued business venue.
Work Pattern: 40 Full time- 3 days based with Abbey Road Studio’s 2 days with Lexington Events (weekend work my be required)
