We’re thrilled to share some highlights from our recent Elior UK charity dinner, a fantastic fundraising event held on World Mental Health Day, 10th October.
This year’s annual dinner was dedicated to raising funds for Alzheimer’s Society our charity partner for the past year. Each of the nine fine-dining dishes created by our chefs featured ingredients chosen to promote wellbeing, showcasing the powerful link between food, mood, and brain health.
Taking inspiration from the MIND diet, and activation of the senses through the various presentation styles through the night, our focus was on creating lasting memories that no one would forget. The support we received from our suppliers for this event blew us away, from the highest quality ingredients to the incredible wines, to the raffle and auction prizes, and the beautiful décor for the room, meant we were able to achieve the best charity dinner we have ever pulled off.
Our guest feedback included that ‘the evening was perfect’, ‘exceptional food, some of the best we have ever tasted’, ‘an incredible night which felt personal and very special’, and we couldn’t agree more!
It was a memorable evening spent with our clients, suppliers, and friends, and together we raised an incredible ✨£30,000✨ for Alzheimer’s Society!
