Our journey started in 2002, when we founded the business, and made a unanimous decision to put the community in which we work at the very heart of the business.

We are constantly driving our environmental initiatives forward to protect the health of our planet.  We work closely with our clients, suppliers and customers to look for ways to reduce waste. Environmental Highlights

Social Impact

The Lexington team work closely with our social enterprise partners. We also create value in our local communities by spending time volunteering and engaging with local groups, sharing skills and experience to make a lasting difference.

Each member of the Lexington team is given two paid volunteering days each year to dedicate to good causes. They actively seek out opportunities to make a difference through volunteering, sharing their skills or fundraising.
