Since 2020, Lexington have forged a strong, data-driven partnership with multinational banking and financial services client to enhance their dining experience, reduce costs, and drive sustainability. We have leveraged our first-hand experience and comprehensive data to develop innovations that will enhance the dining experience while achieving the client’s cost reduction objectives.
In May 2023, we embarked on an ambitious journey with this financial services client. Together, we successfully launched the Dynamify platform under the LexEats brand, introducing a modern digital-first app to enhance corporate dining experience.
The LexEats app allows for a cashless, seamless, digital queue-busting experience, with order now, pre-order, click and collect, and table reservation features. The solution is fed by information from our Star Chef menu management system, ensuring the capture of allergen and calorific information at source. Carbon data is also captured providing more forwarding thinking consumer insight.
From the outset, our goals were clear: streamline the ordering process, enhance the customer experience, and gather valuable data to continually refine our offerings. The initial implementation delivered impressive results:
