Our ‘Mindful Kitchen’ forum was back again last month, bringing mindful consumption to life for our site teams and inspiring menus for the new year!
After the success of the last year, with many of our sites adopting Mindful Kitchen counter residencies and developing innovative adaptations of this food concept, we wanted to showcase more of what the Mindful Kitchen had to offer!
💚 Allergy-aware Menu: In an industry-first initiative, our Mindful Kitchen ‘allergy aware’ menu has been crafted to exclude all 14 common allergens, to ensure no one misses out on great food
💚 Meat Reducing Dishes: Flavourful, nutritious dishes that prioritise health and sustainability with little to no meat
💚 Chop’ it: Our customisable, seasonal, and delicious take on the classic salad bar that lets customers pick and choose their ingredients and bring them to the counter, where they are sliced, diced, and chopped before their eyes
💚 Circle Burger: The concept behind Circle Burger is to ensure that nothing goes to waste, minimising food waste by utilising every part of the meat and vegetables
💚 Grains & Greens: Our award-winning vegetarian and vegan food range has been refreshed to provide a source of sustained energy, promote digestive health, and support overall well being using plant-based proteins, fibre-rich wholegrains and a diverse array of vegetables
💚 Mindful Bakery: Indulgence doesn’t always have to compromise health. Our Mindful Kitchen bakery emphasises wellness and sustainability. We also celebrated our 2024 BakeStar winner, Tim Fisher, who presented his award-winning plant based creation from the competition
