Lexington is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team!
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the kitchen is kept clean accordingly and instructed by Head Chef
- To assist the kitchen in the preparation of food as directed by chef team
- Assist with deliveries and adapt the correct procedure of all food storage
- Attention to detail with all equipment and crockery
- Ensure all tasks are completed within time scales
- Ensure attendance of all relevant training and development courses
- Liaise with head chef to ensure that all work is carried out efficiently
- Working alongside the chefs
- Adaptable with a keen eye for hygiene levels
- Ensure all health & safety and food safety regulations set out onsite are met
- Organised and enthusiastic with the ability to go the extra mile
- Team player with a can do attitude
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 15:00
