BariStar 2024 Application

BariStar Competition Criteria

Participants will be assessed on the art of coffee science and preparation, with a focus on handling coffee machines, adjusting settings for optimal espresso extraction, and milk texturing during the technical round. The grand finale will evaluate creativity, presentation, and execution quality.

1. A short biography, including your reasons for applying and your professional background
2. Current role and coffee supplier

TIMELINE

Submissions by the 6th September
Successful applicants invited to training rounds week of the 16th and 23rd September
Technical round on the 1st October
Grand finale on the 15th October
