Stuart Tarff, Head of Pastry at Lexington, Talks To B&I Catering for their Desert Island Dishes. They asked him if he were to be cast away alone on a desert island, which favourite eight dishes would be chose to have with him.
There’s everything from Rib-eye Steak to Grilled Sardines on Stuart’s list. He says, “If I was just allowed one meal it would have to be the rib-eye steak – this would make a nice change from all of the seafood I would catch on the island! I also love a good surf and turf. For me the best dishes are made with seasonal and local produce – when food is in season, it has more natural flavour.”
