Lexington Catering, one of the leading contract caterers in London, has launched a brand new range, Grains & Greens, developed specifically for customers wanting a vegetarian and vegan option.
Developed with Vegetarians in mind, Grains & Greens includes a selection of tasty Wellness Bars for customers who want a snack and a selection of tasty vegetarian main courses, including a carrot, beetroot, brown rice & mixed seed burger and cauliflower & cumin fritters. The meals all contain protein-rich meat alternatives, and are both delicious and nourishing.
The new Grains & Greens range has its own branding so that it is easy for customers to identify the vegetarian options and it is currently in the process of being launched across Lexington sites.

The Lexington team is just a few weeks into the launch of the new vegetarian range but it has already been a huge hit with clients and customers.
