Lexington Catering is ecstatic to announce to have won not one but two Foodservice Management Awards, on the 21st November 2016.
The Lexington food team headed to the awards ceremony, at the Lancaster Hotel, in London where hundreds of catering and food service professionals gathered to celebrate individuals and organisations who are leading the way in the industry.
Jon Lilley, Group Development Chef at Lexington, took home the Executive Chef of the Year Award and the chef development team was awarded the Innovation Award.
Mike Sunley, CEO of Lexington said, “Jon’s passion for food and willingness to help people be the very best that they can be has underpinned an incredible ability to manage a team at the very highest level. He thoroughly deserves the award.
