Salary: £30K-£35k (Depending on experience)
What you’ll be doing…
Your key responsibilities as the Resourcing Coordinator will consist of:
- Support the Talent & Resourcing Manager with the delivery of company’s talent and resourcing strategy with an end to end experience lead recruitment cycle.
- Delivering a high quality internal and external recruitment service across Lexington including CST which builds a diverse, high performing and engaged workforce through effective recruitment practices.
- Coordinate resourcing activities such as direct sourcing including CV databases and recruitment campaigns as required, inclusive of utilising jobs boards, job fair pop up to attract the best talent for the organisation.
- First point of contact to support hiring managers through their selecting and screening processes.
- Coordinating the advertising process for live vacancies via both our internal ATS system, and external job boards where appropriate. Starting with updating company vacancy list, posting vacancies on Lex Talk and on Lexington website.
- Cover staffing managers when on annual leave, handling all temporary bookings for FOH and BOH requirements.
