To oversee the efficient running of the Client Floor and Training Room Suites whilst fostering a ‘One Team’ attitude across all departments.
Ensure that there is a thorough understanding of all menus and wines
Flexible to work evening functions – breakfasts, dinners, canapé events etc.
Ensure the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness of all front of house areas and equipment
Ensure that all policies and procedural requirements of both legislation and company are adhered to in order to promote a professional and forward approach at all times
Ensure that the correct uniform is worn neatly and cleanly at all times
Collaboratively working closely together with the Events Team, Room Bookings and the Receptions Teams.
Ensure awareness and upkeep of booking systems and communication with relevant departments.
Ensure that administrative tasks are maintained to the highest standards on a consistent basis.
Working closely with the Deputy Hospitality Manager to deliver the overall standards and expectations of the company and Clients.
Promote and encourage a culture of passion and attention to detail for the finest standards within Hospitality, Client Dining, Partners’ Dining, Events and Refreshments
Carrying out any other reasonable request of management
Leading and delegating a team of up to 14 staff which increase up to 25 for events.
Ability to lead fine dining dinners.
Ability to display a real passion for food and customer service
Ability to manage more than one event at the same and delegating staff.
