Job Description
Your key responsibilities as the Chef de Partie will consist of:
- Ensure that cooking and presentation of food is to a constant high standard
- Ensure all time schedules are achieved when required
- To assist in the development of Commis Chefs and kitchen porters
- To understand the head chefs and customer’s needs in relation to the business
- To assist in maintaining all legal health, hygiene and safety records
- To assist to ensuring that the cleanliness is maintained within the kitchen
- To be totally focused on the job at hand
- Input of new ideas and food styles to assist in maintaining customer satisfaction
- To carry out all reasonable tasks expected by management
Working Pattern: 40 Hours, 5 days out of 7 ( as business required)
