Your key responsibilities as the Hospitality Assistant will consist of:
Our business & industry division is looking for a Catering Assistant based at Capital International in London.
As a Hospitality Assistant, you will have plenty of responsibilities and opportunities to grow in your role, becoming a critical member of our team.
For example, you will be responsible for ensuring the office front of house areas/pantries are always clean, well presented, and well-stocked. You will work as part of a team to ensure that coffee machines are cleaned and maintained on a daily basis and that an effective quality of service is provided to the standard of the client, customers and company, whilst offering a warm and friendly service.
In addition, you will manage the daily running of the external lunch service that is available to all associates. This is includes accepting individual lunch deliveries and ensuring that they are delivered to the correct place. Confidence using a computer is essential.
Finally, along with colleagues, you will ensure COSHH, food safety, and H&S are followed, with any incidents reported in line with documented procedures.
Working Pattern: 35 hours (Monday – Friday)
Skills and Experience
