Job Description
- Plan and organise the cover rota effectively to ensure efficient use of time and resources and allows service to be delivered promptly and reliably
- Be available to take calls and coordinate rotas and cover
- Deal with any issues and liaise with relevant parties in a timely, efficient manner, escalating to the Operations Manager accordingly and ensuring it’s documented appropriately
- To ensure your direct reports deliver to the client’s needs, requirements and expectations in line with our contractual obligations and the companies’ vision and values
- To manage the finances and payroll within budget for the team, including processing invoices
- Covering and fulfilling the reception duties on occasions
- Organising training for team members
- To carry out any reasonable task asked of you by any member of the management team
Working Pattern: 40 hours

- The experience and knowledge we are looking for from the future Assistant Support Team Manager include:
- Excellent standard of communication skills, verbal and written
- Excellent IT skills Microsoft packages
- Customer service orientation
- Attention to detail
- Excellent working in a team or alone
- Previous experience in a similar role/administration
- Communicate effectively with the team, peers, the management team and clients, displaying accuracy and attention to detail both in verbal and written communication
- Build strong relationships with the support team and onsite teams
