Happy Christmas to one & all!

Well we’ve made it through the year and what a great year it’s been.

Rounding off our year in style is our fabulous vegetarian Grains&Greens range which won the Innovation Award at November’s FSM awards. And we’ve just found out that it’s been shortlisted for the 2017 HV Hons at the Health and Vitality Awards early next year, we couldn’t ask for anymore!

On top of all this our Group Development Chef Jon Lilley was crowned Group Chef of the Year at the same FSM awards – a double bonus and very well deserved. It made me so proud watching the food team collecting both awards and winning the double!

So now this leads me to turkey time…

Rest your bird for as long as possible, it really does make a big difference. And for those fussy eaters how about thinly slicing the sprouts and pan frying them with pancetta, chestnuts and finish with a splash of double cream and grated parmesan – perfect.
